Leaders' Circle Terms & Conditions

By paying your first month's membership fee you agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in The Leaders' Circle.

 

This Course Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Breathe In Business Pty Ltd hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and the undersigned participant, hereinafter referred to as "Attendee," collectively referred to as "Parties," for the purpose of outlining the terms and conditions of the course provided by Breathe In Business Pty Ltd.

Confidentiality

The Attendee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed by the Provider or other Attendees during the course. This obligation of confidentiality is the foundation of trust in the group and shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Course Fee

The Attendee agrees to pay a monthly fee of $580 per month or as per independent fee proposal for a duration of 10 months per annum. Fees are invoiced monthly with 14 days payment terms. Fees may be amended from time to time with a minimum of 3 months' notice to participants after a minimum of 6 months membership. Failure to pay current invoices may result in suspension from the program if not rectified 10 business days from reminder.

Course Outline

The course, titled The Leaders' Circle, is a peer advisory program designed to assist founders and leaders with problem solving and approaching business opportunities. The recommendations in the Leaders' Circle are merely ideas that the participant must validate with legal, financial and other professional advisory services before enacting. The participant takes sole responsibility for any outcomes of acting on suggestions made in The Leaders' Circle.

Cancellation

The Attendee understands that once the first month's membership is paid, they commit to participation for a minimum of 3 months. Participants may cancel their membership with 3 months notice at any point in their membership. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail to Chair and Facilitator.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the course and its materials, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, remain the sole property of the Provider, unless presented by an Attendee, in which case it is the intellectual property of the Attendee. The Attendee shall not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over the course materials or materials presented by other Attendees.

The Provider strives to deliver accurate and valuable information throughout the course. However, the Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the course materials. The Attendee acknowledges that the course content is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
